Dr. Phelan and Jorge Martinez started Phelan Dermatology in 2018 to better serve the skin care needs of the four states. Since then, we’ve exceeded our expectations and our practice is now thriving, but our goal is to add more providers and be able to serve more patients seeking aesthetic and dermatology services.
